SAHIWAL: A 14-year-old girl was killed and her body was dumped in the nearby fields after she was gang raped by five men in a Sahiwal village, Geo News reported Saturday.
According to police, a 14-year-old girl went into fields near her house when a culprit grabbed her and subjected her to assault along with four other men.
Later the perpetrators, fearing the arrest, killed the girl by suffocating her and escaped from the scene.
The relatives of the victim started searching for her when she did not return home till evening.
Post mortem report of the victim confirmed the assault while police registered the case and arrested three accused named Shahbaz, Hameed and Cheedu.
