QUETTA: A woman and two children were among the five killed, while ten others were injured in an explosion that occurred at a house located on Sariab road.
Rescue officials said the blast took in the Faizabad area of Sariab road and also damaged nearby houses and buildings. The injured which included five children were shifted to Civil Hospital.
According to bomb disposal squad officials at least 80 KG of explosives were packed into a car parked in the courtyard of the house.
An investigation into the incident has been launched by the police.
