134 dengue cases since Jan 1 in Khi

KARACHI: Since January 1 this year, 134 dengue cases have been brought to various hospitals in the metropolis, Provincial Dengue Surveillance Cell said Friday.

 

A report issued here also said that two of the patients are still under treatment at Civil Hospital Karachi whereas one patient has been discharged from the hospital after recovery from the disease.

 

As many as five platelet kits were also utilized for these dengue patients, the Cell added.

 

All the dengue patients were from Karachi and that no such case has been reported from the interior of Sindh so far, the Cell further
