Karachi: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi announced on Tuesday the result of Higher Secondary School Certificate Part-II Annual Examinations 2012 (Home Economics Group).
According to result notification, in all 271 students were registered, 269 appeared and only 159 passed the examination. The pass percentage stood 59.11.
Four candidates passed in A-1 grade, 24 in A grade, 41 in B grade, 54 in C grade, 35 in D grade and only 1 in E grade.
Amna Athar Jafree d/o Athar Jali Jafree, roll 101037, Rana Liaquat Ali Khan Govt. College of Home Economics clinched first position by securing 1001 marks out of 1200, Yousra Afzal d/o Afzal Hussain, roll 101206 and Nida Azhar d/o Syed Muhammad Azhar, roll 101117, of same college, got second and third position by securing 989 and 961 marks respectively.
