This is a mere wastage of time, money and efforts at the cost of the people. A 10-rupees old currency note is as good for purchasing power as is the new one in the hands of a child, a pauper or a pir. After all poor villager in the extreme corners of Rattodero, Mithi, chachro, Sibbi, Parachinar etc are not going with ID cards for the bundles of new currency bills in exchange for the old ones.I am amazed, surprised and amused too!
