LAHORE: A local court of Lahore on Monday released four persons arrested on charges of involvement in Olympic visa scam after the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) declared them innocent.
The FIA presented the four accused namely Asif, Wasif, Fahim and Ghaffar before the Judicial Magistrate Anjum's court, telling it that no evidence was found against the arrested men.
The FIA also informed the court that Muhammad Ali Asad was the main accused of the visa scandal case who tried to defame Pakistan through deceit.
Later, the FIA got its statement registered in the Case Diary.
