QUETTA: The district administration team conducted raids in different markets of the provincial capital and arrested 27 profiteers.
According to a press release issued here on Friday, on the instruction of Deputy Commissioner Quetta Muhammad Hashim Ghalzai, a team headed by Assistant Commissioner City Tariq Javed Mengal took into custody profiteers from areas including Satellite Town, Burma Hotel, Mini Market, Custom and Sariab.
The district administration also charged Rs 32,000 fine against these profiteers.
