KARACHI: New Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Fakharuddin G Ebrahim has said that the next elections will be a test for every body, Geo News reported.
He arrived at the Election Commission Sindh office for the first time after assuming office, where Sindh Chief Election Commissioner Sono Khan Baloch briefed him about the electoral rolls, cases in courts and bye-elections.
He said that new electoral rolls will be issued by the end of the current month. The CEC directed the commission staff not to keep relations with politicians.
The CEC pointed out that the election commission is taking measures for implementation of electoral rules.
