ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has said that targeting Ahsan Iqbal in firing is a heinous conspiracy adding that attacking PLM-N from every side is not in the interest of country while only politicians are held accountable in Pakistan. "We will introduce new system after the success in general elections 2018," he added. As per media reports, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Khawaja Asif, Saad Rafique, Pervaiz Rashid, Mushahid Hussain Sayed and other senior leadership participated in the consultative meeting of PML-N held under Nawaz Sharif and congratulated him on becoming great maternal grandfather here on Tuesday.
Nawaz declared the assassination bid on Ahsan Iqbal a heinous conspiracy while addressing the meeting and said that attacking PLM-N from every side is not in favour of the country.
He further said that PLM-N will definitely bring new system after the success in general polls 2018.
