PESHAWAR: The district administration Peshawar has announced to impose section 144 to bar the supply of red meat to Afghanistan during the holy month of Ramadan.

The decision was taken by the Assistant Commissioner Officer (ACO) Peshawar after meeting the delegation of Qassab (Butchers) Association.

The delegation assured the district government that meat would be sold on the prices fixed by the government during the month of Ramadan. (APP)
