TCP tenders to import 50,000MT urea

KARACHI: Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) has invited bids from foreign suppliers, who are pre-qualified with TCP for supply of 50,000 metric tons of urea (in bulk) through worldwide sources on C&F basis subject to terms and conditions specified in tender documents.

 

These include urea to be supplied shall be strictly in accordance with the standards and specifications prescribed by Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) and Import Policy Order in force; bids for less than 50,000 metric tons (minimum quantity) will not be accepted; and total quantity of urea must reach the designated port of Pakistan in accordance with the shipment schedule given in tender document.

 

Interested TCP pre-qualified suppliers of urea, who can supply urea from worldwide origins, may submit their bids at TCP office, Karachi on July 27, 2012 latest by 1030 hours. The bids will be opened at 1100 hours on same day in TCP Board room, in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to be present. (PPI)
