Why the police is hiding his face, let the world see him and perhaps people will recognize him and tell the authorities about his affiliation with whatever party or group he is working for. In other countries killers are not hidden away because the police want the people to help out but not in Pakistan.

These target killers can be arrested with in no time if sincere efforts are put in to eliminate them completely because the figure may not higher but they may be few individuals repeatedly committing the same crime in Karachi or elsewhere in the country. There is a need to keep a proper record of arrested persons and their further disposal and such record should be periodically shown to the general public through Media.

And what about those Target Killers and terrorists arrested years ago ? What about the Joint investigation report of Pakistan's 6 agencies ? What about the murder of Hakeem Saeed, Dr. Imran Farooq and countless common Pakhtun labourers in Karachi ???

what difference does it make. leaders of killing gang hire new target killers. It appears that killing gang leaders are protected in same way as the corrupt politicians are protected.
