LAHORE: City District Government Lahore has finalized arrangements to set up Ramzan Bazaars in the city and DO (Monitoring) Amin Akbar Chopra has been appointed as focal person for monitoring the Bazaars.
DCO Lahore chairing a meeting on Saturday said that 26 Ramzan Bazaars would be set-up in city for ensuring the supply of quality food items, vegetables and fruits at low prices and these Bazaars will start operation from July 15.
The DCO said that central control room would be set up in DCO Office for monitoring the Ramzan Bazaars where reports regarding the Ramzan Bazaars would be submitted on daily basis.
He said that number of Ramzan Bazaars would be enhanced as compared to the last year to provide facility to the citizens so that they could buy essential items, fruits and vegetables their nearby bazaars. (APP)
