IB officer gunned down in Karachi

KARACHI: An Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer was Saturday shot dead in Karachi’s FC area, Geo News reported.

 

Sources told Geo News that the deceased officer was identified as Deputy Director IB, Qamar Raza.

 

Unidentified armed men catching him off guard opened fire at Raza while he was getting out of his car and revved away. Raza was immediately ambulanced to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
