KARACHI: JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said Wednesday the decision to restore the NATO supply route was only made in the Defence Committee of the Cabinet (DCC) and was against the parliamentary resolution.

The JUI-F chief while speaking to the media emphasized that following the Salala attack a decision based on national solidarity was made in the form of the parliamentary resolution. “The way the supply route was restored indicates that there is a conspiracy against national solidarity,” Fazl said.

Fazl added that the US had said sorry but it seemed like it was Pakistan’s attitude which was apologetic. “At first closing the route was an issue of national dignity and now reopening it had become national dignity.”

How its possible that conpiracy against Pakisgtan but he is not involved in it. If he is not involved then it could be said with surety that its not conspiracy

This was not an apology, it was a slap on the face of Pakistan. The least Pakistan should have received is compensation for lost lives and infrastructure deterioration. But beggars can never be choosers.
