@Jay, U were there sitting at the briefing?haha! none of the MQM MPA'S and MNA's are dual nationals. If there are any they should be disqualified. As far AH is concerned, he has no intention to ever running for an office-he never had any plans even when he was living in Pakistan. Get your facts right instead of throwing things in the air. No one should be allowed to contest for a Public office even if their kids are abroad. 2nd, a party leader should also not be allowed to held a public office.

They violated constitution and became memebers of parliament. They knew that it was unconstitutional to do so and even then they managed to get there. Here again some investigative work needs to be done to establish that how they succeeded to breach the specific constitutional provision.Did they declare their dual nationality at the time? The law supposes that people know it and ignorance of law is no excuse. They need to be tried and punished. Now the gang is deperate to keep the exit door open.

First of all those members of parliament who concealed the information and got elected must be jailed for forgery and willful non-declaration of their status in the matter concerning dual nationality. All the big land lords, rich industrialists, politicians, bureaucrats and even the generals and colonels must be identified and their list be published in the government gazette for general information; with particular reference to their sensitive public posts if any.

I am not bothered about the dual nationality bill as it doesnot matter to general public but what I am more worried about is Contempt of Court Bill, as now any one would be able to ridicule the court and just walk away with it. Well done Raja Chour. Sad part is we are the one's who bring these leaders to power and we do it again and again and again

A black day in Pakistan history .... wait for another Moin Quershi or Shoukar Aziz to come rule you and then leave ... if ML (N) also support this, that mean they also don't have any interest for the country's future.

This is the matter of life and death of a country therefore urgent decision on dual nationality was very important. Ordinary person dying of electricity, gas, inflation, lawlessness issues, but that are not important issues for rulers to diuscuss.

we Pakistani deserve it because we have voted to a party who was completely under zardari command, and every Pakistani knew it at the time of election and the nation was well aware of his corruption.
