JHANG: Two policemen including an assistant sub inspector (ASI) were killed in an alleged encounter with a wanted criminal, Geo News reported Tuesday.
According to sources, police went to arrest the wanted criminal near Makhiana check post when the culprit opened fire on the police.
As a result of firing, an ASI and a policemen were killed while two others sustained injuries.
The encounter continued till the last reports.
