Search warrant issued for Musa Gilani

ISLAMABAD: The special court has issued search warrant against the former prime minister’s son Ali Musa Gilani to make his arrest possible in the infamous ephedrine case, Geo News reported.

 

According to sources, the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) moved the special court for the search warrant against Ali Musa Gilani after his arrest warrant was issued by the anti-narcotics court earlier.

 

The ANF sources told that after the failure in arresting Ali Musa Gilani, the investigating officials contacted the special court to get his search warrant.

 

After the issuance of search warrant, the ANF has got the authority to raid and arrest Ali Musa Gilani from any premises, the officials said.

Great, As we see in our society, when a common poor man does not present himself for arrest before police, they come and arrest his father or brother, so that the accused will come under pressure and will surrender. So can we expect same kind of response from the authorities in this case? I don't think so. Still justice is not equal for all in our beloved country.

After convicted Ex-PM Gilani, Raja-Rental also likely to get 4 Rooms very shortly. As for search Warrant issued for Musa Gilani, Sir, who will dare to go President House hunting for search of Musa Gilani, where he is staying with Father Gilani ?

This goes to show the lack of seriousness and sincerity in performance of duties.Ali Mosa was shown on TV the other day out and about campaigning for his other corrupt brother to replace their disgraced father for the Multan MNA seat. You do not need telescopes to look for him.Get the father instead and lock him up until the culprit presents himself, a common practice for any escaping common man.We do not need to reinvent tried and tested techniques.

Since the law enforcement machinery is weak, corrupt and timid, very little can be done. A poor man stealing a mango can be arrested and put behind bars, but how can this son of a gaddinasheen axed out PM can be arrested? Recently a German Minister had to be grilled for not declaring import of a carpet, for using the office car and driver to bring the carpet at home from the airport! So where are you?
