KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notices to ISI and Interior Ministry while hearing the case of a missing person, Geo News reported Friday.
During the hearing, Abdul Waheed who is the lawyer of the missing Muhammad Ramzan, told the court that police and other law enforcement agencies are harassing Ramzan’s family.
The court has ordered the relevant parties in the case to submit their replies in the third week of July.
Moreover, SHC has also issued notices to Interior Ministry, DG ISI, Home Secretary Sindh, IG Sindh and others.
