PESHAWAR: On the eve of 59th birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Jamhuriat, Benazir Bhutto a blood camp was held at Lady Reading Hospital here on Thursday.
PPP Provincial President Senator Sardar Ali Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ministers Engineer Muhammad Humayun Khan, Salim Khan, MPAs Samiullah Khan Alizai, Noor-e-Sahar former Town Nazim Haji Sharif and a large number of office bearers and workers participated and donated blood.
Later, special prayers were offered for the eternal peace of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed and development and solidarity of the country.
Meanwhile, on the directives of Minister Finance Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Humayun Khan a similar blood camp was held at DHQ Hospital Batkhela district Malakand in which large number of PPP workers donated blood for poor and needy. (APP)
