KARACHI: A constitutional petition has been filed in Sindh High Court (SHC), challenging the decisions made by former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani's Cabinet after April 26, the date his disqualification took effect as a result of the Supreme Court's verdict in NA speaker's ruling case.

In the plea, the petitioner, Rana Faizul Hassan, contended that all the post-April 26 decisions taken by the Gilani cabinet are illegal and therefore be declared void.

It requested the court to seek all the details of the Gilani cabinet's expenditures made from the national kitty as well as the amount spent on foreign tours after April 26.
