LAHORE: First time in history, twenty prisoners were operated in a surgical camp held at Kot Lakhpat Jail here on Thursday.
The inmates were suffering from hernia complications and other ailments problems since long. They were provided free of cost medical treatment along with medicines.
Seven leading surgeon participated in the camp organized under the supervision of Mohsin Rafique Senior Superintendent Central Jail Kot Lakhpat on the directions of IG Jail Mian Farooq Nazeer.
