Malik Riaz to request for larger bench

ISLAMABAD: Zahid Bukhari, lawyer of Malik Riaz in Arsalan suo moto case, said he would request for the formation of a larger bench in the Supreme Court tomorrow, Geo News reported.

 

He was talking to media here today. Malik Riaz would appear before the Supreme Court soon after coming back from London.

Fortunately for Pakistan, the CJ will remain clean from all this propoganda against him because neither has Malik got any evidence against him or any other judge, nor has Malik recieved any favors in the judgments passed on Bahria Town cases. Rather, Malik feels alienated by the judgements passed against him, which I am certain he very much deserved. Just look at hypocrites like Malik calling for charity on one side, and attempting to bribe every one on the other.

Well, in case Dr Arsalan is found guilty of taking money then Malik Riaz should be metted with equal punishment if not more for bribing him in order to influence the Supreme Court of Pakistan. It is habitual of Malik Riaz to deem that any one and every one can fit in his pocket.
