13 persons held in raids on guest houses

ISLAMABAD: As many as 13 persons were arrested as police raided guest houses in different sectors of the Federal Capital.

 

According to department spokesman, Margallah police raided a guest house in Sector G-9/4 and arrested seven persons for their alleged involvement in immoral activities.

 

A Shalimar police station team nabbed six persons their alleged involvement in immoral activities from a house in its area. Three of the arrested were foreign women, who could not produce documents regarding their stay in country.

 

Meanwhile, Ramna Police arrested Mehr Baaz for having four bottles of wine while Industrial area police nabbed Sohail Saleem and Adnan Ilyas with nine bottles of wine. Nilore police recovered a 30-bore pistol from an accused Tehseen.
