If 60% of Pakistan - Punjab that is, not refining future democratic leadership among its representation with insisting upon a Biradari/Tribal based allegiances instead of an "ideas" based party platforms, let that be known to all that it started during the present Punjab Govt days. Remember we are still paying the price of blunders made due to a non representative leadership, even after 30 years. Another clock just started now. Allah Hafiz.

Wow another show of brilliance by Sharif Brother's.Ist yellow cabs proved they are stuck in 1990s.Now Nawaz and Brother has revived their promise of living Zia's mission by bringing the non Party local bodies act of 1979. As if military courts in Karachi were not enough for Nawaz.Zia's non party local bodies should soothe his spirtual Dad's spirit.

Elections must be held, irrespective of the fact that these are on party basis or not. This move by CM Punjab may not be of great help to keep the Tsunami at bay. We know that people supported by Tsunami are going to make it.

Typical move by the Sharifs to continue their family tradition of horse trading and buying loyalties to stay in power.
