LAHORE: IGP issued transfer and posting orders of four SPs and five DSPs here Friday. The officers include Shahid Mahmood, Bilal Qayyum, Bilal Iftikhar, Mustansar, Mohammad Afsar, Zaigham Abbas, Tahir Abbas, Bashir Ahmad and Liaqat Ali.
