ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said Wednesday that there had been no decision made regarding the resumption of the NATO supply route.

Speaking to the media following the Federal Cabinet meeting, Kaira further said that a decision on the NATO supply route would be taken in light of the parliamentary resolution and national interest.

“Everyone will be informed when a decision is made regarding the NATO supply.”

Kaira added that no assurance had been given by the civil or military leaders in regards to the resumption of NATO supply.

Prime Minister Gilani in his address to the cabinet also stressed that there would be no compromise on national interest but the government would also not make any emotional decisions.

There is nothing wrong to opening the door for NATO supply from Karachi to Kabul, but it is a good chance for Pakistan government to make a good deal before opening the door. . Restoration all financial aids to Pakistan. . Help in redevelopment projects such as clean water, electric, highways/ports. . Stop or halt drone attacks anywhere on Pakistani land. . Stop in mistreating Pakistani living or traveling in Europe/USA. . Stop double checking PIA passengers at air port.
