The noises being made these days by the Pakistan Plunderers Party PPP) for the creation of a Seraiki Provine are meant to divert attention from the misery and hardships being faced by the public due to long hours of load-shedding,water contamination, high inflation, lack of facilities in hospitals and schools, breakdown of law and order, high incidence of street crimes etc to which NO ATTENTION paid by the Pakistan Plunderers Party in last four years. Can a Seraiki Province cure these problems?
