LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has written a letter to Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, demanding equal sharing of energy shortages across all provinces.

In a letter, Punjab CM said that there is a complete closure of gas industry in Punjab since December 25, 2011 in addition to electricity load shedding of 6 to 18 hours.

He complaint that the issue of LNG import and the establishment of LNG Terminal have been allowed to linger over the last four years.

Shahbaz demanded complete ban on establishment or relocation of CNG stations. He added that Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline should be taken up on war-footing.

Reply to Kiran, Gas pipe line would be from Iran to SUI station in Baluchistan only, because from sui to whole Pakistan the gas pipe line is already in use. Shariff couldn't make any money from it. this pipe line shouldn't take any long time.

What the heck PM will do? He is already busy packaging luggage to move to jail and run the government from there.

Yes so the Sharifs can get commissions from the gas pipeline too. Whats wrong Shabaz? Want to build another palace using haram money, after Raiwind?
