Thank GOD CJ has started following the procedure by writing to the President for an appointment rather ordering through court order.

Government intentionally fills important public offices with corrupt individuals. The SC takes a notice. The correspondence between the two institutions continues for some time. The government then claims to respect SC judgment & replaces the individual with another crony of theirs & the cycle continues. Such is the tactic that the government has adopted to linger on to power & protect the select clan/elites. And then go in self exile to middle east & UK at the end of their rule.
