Govt firm on MoU regarding JC, says Dar

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Finance Senator Ishaq Dar has said that the government was firm on MoU regarding formation of Judicial Commission.

Reacting over PTI Chief Imran Khan’s statement in which Imran said if the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) now backs down on the MoU, PTI will come out on to the streets again, Dar said Khan should not heed over gossip.

Ishaq Dar further said not a single comma or full stop has been amended in the agreement.

Ishaq Dar said he was in contact with PTI leader Jahangir Tareen over the matter.

He said both parties showed flexibility over Ordinance pertaining to Judicial Commission, adding the Ordinance was also written in the MoU.
