Imran claims KP is the least corrupt province

DUBAI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has claimed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the least corrupt province of Pakistan.

“There is very little corruption in the KP police and government institutions,” Khan told reporters as he arrived to attend the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Investment Roadshow.

DUBAI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has claimed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the least corrupt province of Pakistan.

“There is very little corruption in the KP police and government institutions,” Khan told reporters as he arrived to attend the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Investment Roadshow.

The PTI chairman said the provincial government is trying to control what corruption does exist in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The PTI Chairman added that the situation would improve in the region once the US exited. “The situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has deteriorated because of the US and Afghanistan.”






Urging investment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khan said: “All facilities will be provided to investors in the province.”

When asked if Nabil Gabol would be joining the PTI, Khan replied those who did not have any allegations of corruption would be welcomed in the party.

Imran Khan provided his feedback on the performance of the Pakistan team, stating they needed to be more attacking. According to Khan who led Pakistan to World Cup glory in 1992, the team required excellent batsmen in the top order to win.
