Mastermind of Wagah border blast, two aides killed in Lahore

LAHORE: The alleged mastermind of the Wagah Border blast was killed during action conducted by police and intelligence agencies.

A raid was conducted by police and intelligence agencies at a house located on Barqi Road where Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) commander Roohullah and his two associates opened fire.

In retaliatory fire, two terrorists were killed while Roohullah blew himself up with explosives.

The raid was conducted on the information, intelligence agencies received, from the accused arrested in connection with Wagah Border attack.

Roohullah is said to be mastermind of Wagah border attack and belongs to TTP-Fazlullah group.

At least 60 people were killed in a suicide bombing at the Wagah Border on November 02.
