PESHAWAR: Government has completed a street pavement scheme along with construction of side drains in village Wucha Jawara of Khwazai Tehsil in Mohammad Agency to improve the general sanitation of the area.
According to FATA Secretariat that to improve the street’s conditions and to provide better sanitation system, 2000 meters long two streets have been paved along with construction of 61 meters long side drains. Similarly, eight pipe culverts have also been constructed.
These were the streets which construction and pavement were being demanded by the public since long. With these development works, the locals will get better sanitation and transportation facilities.
This scheme has not only improved the general sanitation of the area but would also benefit some 728 of locals of the village. The local elders appreciated the political authorities’ efforts by paving the streets. (PPI)
