Seminary supervisor, son gunned down in Karachi

KARACHI: Unknown gunmen opened fire outside a seminary located at Abul Hassan Isfihani Road that killed two persons including the administrator and his son on Thursday, Geo News reported.


According to police, the incident occurred at Abul Hassan Isfahani Road in the jurisdiction of Mubina Town police station where four gunmen riding two motorbikes opened fire outside the seminary.


As a result of firing, the school administrator Qari Ali Hassan and his son were killed while a passerby got injured who was shifted to a nearby private hospital for treatment.


Police recorded the statements of witnesses and initiated investigation.


Panic gripped the area after the incident while the angry demonstrators protested the killings.
