District and Sessions Judge Mirza Rafi-uz-Zaman Wednesday issued notice to the CIA DSP to appear before the court with two alleged under-custody accused.

The court issued the notice on an application of Rukhsana Bibi, who pleaded that CIA police had arrested her sister Amina Bibi, aged 15, and her brother Bilal, aged 25, on 1 August 2008. “I don’t know where they are as no one is allowing me to meet them,” she added.

She said that time and again she tried to contact with concern authorities in CIA and requested them to allow her to meet her brother and sister but no one is taking notice of her request.

The judge ordered the DSP CIA to appear before the court with Amina Bibi and Bilal today (Thursday) at 8 a.m.

In another case the district and sessions judge dismissed the plea of Anwar Jan against her son-in-law, as her daughter Iram Bibi appeared before the court and stated that she is living happily with her husband.

Earlier Anwar Jan, mother of Iram Bibi, moved an application before the court stating that her daughter got married with Ajmal Naveed some three months back. “Ajmal is torturing my daughter and not allowing me to meet her,” she added.
