PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Commission (RTI) on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Governance and Public Accountability (CGPA) to install a toll-free helpline with a view to facilitate the citizens in exercising their constitutional right to information here. According to the MoU, the CGPA will install a toll-free helpline in RTI Commission. It will also provide monetary and capacity building support including the hiring of helpline facilitators, acquisition and installation of toll-free number and its requisite hardware. The MoU was signed by Sahibzada Khalid and CGPA Director Muhammad Anwar.
