Convict shifted to Adiala Jail for execution

HARIPUR: An official of the Central Prison Haripur confirmed that the convict Shoaib Sarwar has been shifted to the Adiala jail for execution of his sentence. The official said the convict would have the last meeting with his family in Adiala jail, where he would be hanged within 48 hours.

HARIPUR: An official of the Central Prison Haripur confirmed that the convict Shoaib Sarwar has been shifted to the Adiala jail for execution of his sentence.
The official said the convict would have the last meeting with his family in Adiala jail, where he would be hanged within 48 hours. He added that Shoaib Sarwar, a residence of Wah Cantt, had been convicted on murder charges by the district and sessions judge, Rawalpindi.
The Central Prison Haripur administration received his death warrant four days back, the official said.
