Minister flayed
LAHORE: Punjab PPP leaders have criticised Federal Minister Asad Umar for allegedly using objectionable language against the party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
PPP Qamar Zaman Kaira in a statement issued here on Thursday said PPP never targeted personal life of any political figure. Kaira said that if the finance minister had any objection of the speech of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in English, he must tell the nation as to why Shah Mehmood Qureshi, foreign minister delivered his speech in English and to please whom.
Syed Hassan Murtaza, PPP-P Punjab Parliamentary leader, in another statement alleged that father of Asad Umar was himself involved in conspiracy against Pakistan. He said instead of criticising Bilawal, the minister should first read Hamood ur Rehman Commission Report.
