MIRANSHAH: The bodies of three young men were found in different parts of North Waziristan here Saturday, but the identity of the killers or their motive wasn’t known.

One of the bodies was identified as that of Mushtaq. It was found in a field in Hassukhel village in Mir Ali sub-division.

The other body was of one Ashiqullah recovered by the roadside in Tapi village.

The body of 20-year old Sharifullah was brought to the Agency Headquarters Hospital in Miranshah from his native Darpakhel village. The young man had gone missing on Friday. He had reportedly gone out with friends and didn’t return home. His family and relatives searched for him and were finally able to find him in the government hospital in Miranshah. The bullet-riddled body was disfigured, but his family members recognized it and took it home for burial.

Often in North Waziristan, tribesmen and Afghan refugees are kidnapped and killed for allegedly spying for the US. However, no such claim was made with regard to these three young men.
