PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is making arrangements to set up the Emergency Rescue Service Rescue 1122 in five divisional headquarters, including Kohat, Bannu, Swat, Dera Ismail Khan and Abbottabad.

 

A handout said the PC-1 of the project had been prepared and sent to the provincial Planning and Development Department for approval of the Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP). The Rescue 1122 has already been launched in Peshawar and Mardan.The handout said the Home and Tribal Affairs Department would launch the rescue service at the district level after first setting up the facility in the five divisional headquarters.
