NOWSHERA: Quick action by security guards foiled a suicide attempt by an old woman in Nowshera Cantonment on Tuesday, police said.One Yasmin, widow of Munir Ahmad, jumped into Kabul River over a domestic dispute with her sons, but the security guards on duty in the Jinnah Garden rescued her. Locals appreciated the two security guards, Pervez Khan and Sajjad Ali, for performing their timely action.
