NBF Readers Club attracting people to buy books

Islamabad: National Book Foundation (NBF) Readers Club is one of the most public oriented book promotional activity attracting readers to buy books of their choice at half price.
“Besides, promoting reading habit, it encourages the overall book industry, help increasing literacy rate, create reasonable demand for good quality reading material and motivating young generation towards developing reading culture in the society, an official of the Foundation told APP.
He said the Foundation have been taken many steps for establishing book revival culture in the country.
“We have introduced a new scheme `Peace Revolution through Book Revolution’, under which the NBF has so far published more than 250 new books”, he said.
