Training of intending pilgrims starts today

The Rafiq-e-Hujjaj Committee would impart comprehensive Haj training to the intending pilgrims of Rawalpindi-Islamabad and adjacent areas on July 28-29 said vice President Rafiq-e-Hujjaj Committee Babu Imran Qureshi.
Talking to APP, he said the training session for the intending pilgrims of Rawalpindi, Kahuta, Kotli Satiyan, Kalar Sayedan and Islamabad would be held in Madinatul Hujjaj, Islamabad, on Tuesday and Wednesday in collaboration with the Directorate of Haj Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
As many as 2,400 intending pilgrims of Rawalpindi and adjacent areas are likely to attend the training session of Tuesday while 1,700 intending pilgrims of Islamabad and adjacent areas would attend the session on Wednesday he said.
The training would be imparted with the help of modules charts maps sketches and lectures. The training will also cover how to wear Ahram and observe sanctity of the holy places besides performing rituals at Madina and manners of offering prayers at Masjid-e-Nabvi and Salam at Roza-e-Rasool (Peace Be Upon Him), he added.
The team, led by Babu Imran Qureshi, comprising Mian Muhammad Iqbal, Haji Muhammad Hanif and Haji Afzal, would train the pilgrims. Likewise the wife of the founder of Rafiq-e-Hujjaj Committee Babu Shafqat Qureshi and Mrs. Tayyaba Imran Qureshi would train female pilgrims in 27 cities of the country.
