Islamabad: The dispute between M/s Green Tree Ltd and Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) over Bhara Kahu housing scheme seems to be nearing resolution with arbitration of NAB, says a press release on Tuesday.
The Housing Foundation purchased 3,000 kanals of land in Bhara Kahu from M/s Green Tree Ltd, under an agreement in 2009 for creation of 3,254 plots.
M/s NESPAK undertook a survey in Bhara Kahu and submitted a report that additional 800 kanal of plain land would be required to cater to the requisite number of plots.
Now, on the intervention of NAB Rawalpindi, all outstanding issues appear to have been resolved and M/s Green Tree Ltd has agreed to commence work at site immediately.
This augurs well for federal government employees who are waiting for many years for allotment of plots, the press release said.
