The residents of the area have got another option in the shape of a road that is connecting People’s Colony to Dhoke Chaudrian and Afshan Colony. Since most of the facilities were based in the main city so people travel these roads very often a day.
When this correspondent drew the attention of the RCB Chief Executive Officer Fahim Zafar Khan, he said that the concerned staff would be directed to conduct a survey of these areas and submit him a road map. If any space is left for widening purpose, then the project in this connection would be approved and funds would be allotted in the next annual budget of RCB. However, before that period, the CEO assured to get all types of encroachments from both sides of the two mentioned roads with the purpose of ensuring smooth flow of traffic.
