Dacoit killed after infighting in gang

Rawalpindi: A gang of dacoits, split in two groups during the distribution of looted goods including cash and gold ornaments, killed one of their gang members in their hideout at Dhoke Dalaal on the wee hours of Friday, the police spokesman said.
The rescuers of Rescue-1122 shifted a gang-member with multiple bullet injuries from the hideout located near PSO petrol pump, Dhoke Dalal, Chungi No. 4, in critical condition to DHQ and later Holy Family Hospital but he succumbed to his injuries. The dead could not be identified till the filing of this report. The remaining gangsters managed to escape from the scene with the looted valuables, police said.
In another incident, dacoits shot injured former Nazim Ratta Amral, Raja Kamran while looting his residence, police said. The victim was shifted to the hospital where he was stable.
