Two minor sisters drowned into a nullah on Saturday during heavy rain near Jarahi Stop at Adiala Road.

Zahir Shah, father of two minor girls, Maryam, 6, and Gul, 4, told the media that during heavy rain water flooded his house and her two daughters went out of the house in fear, but did not return.

He expressed the fear that his daughters drowned in the adjacent nullah adding

that despite repeated calls to the police and rescuers no force came to rescue his daughters.
