A participatory workshop was held at SACH in connection with the UN Refugee Day falling on June 20, says a press release.
Participating students were encouraged to express their thoughts in a ‘collage work’. The submission of this intervention will be displayed in function to be held to commemorate the UN World Refugee Day, including the main event to be organised by the UNHCR. The theme for the activity was ‘One refugee without hope is too many.’ The objective of the activity was to have social interaction with refugees and to highlight the dilemma of around 14 million refugees around the world.
A large number of refugees, both male and female, of all age groups from different nationalities, including Iraq, Iran, Somalia and Afghanistan participated in the event.
