Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd (SNGPL), in continuity of the strict policy of recovery, served noticed on 11 government hospitals for nonpayment of outstanding arrears.
The government hospitals, owing Rs38,219,334 are advised to pay their arrears before February, 24 or else their gas supply will be disconnected without any further notice. Details are: Children Hospital Ferozpur Road, Lahore (Rs23,477,521), DHQ Hospital Mianwali Road, Sargodha (Rs 7,109, 322), Lahore General Hospital Ferozpur Road (Rs 5,395,795), Satellite Hospital Kohat Road, Peshawar (Rs 501,274), Services Hospital Jail Road Lahore (Rs 445,762), School of Nursing, Rawalpindi General Hospital (Rs. 406,017), ICRC Hospital 15 Old Jamrud Road, Peshawar (Rs 325,402), Govt. wheat export: The Punjab Food Department has started wheat export, according to an official announcement. A spokesman for the Provincial Food Department said here on Friday that on the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif export proceedings had been initiated. Agreements for the export of 24,000 metric ton wheat have been signed during the last two days.
